Aplena uses several tools for capturing information. We capture all connections for all host names on a network with an added benefit of uncovering network and security risks along the way.
Our automated process produces a report that will be used to more efficiently identify and perform equipment and port audits. We run a simple data collector tool (a small executable file) on a windows machine on the network and produce a customized Client Summary Report. Using this we can validate all the physical connections in your environment and produce a full report that aids in our ability to provide further IT services and give you full knowledge that is critical to your organization.
